Beyond housing, we also offer personal credit repair services to help residents build financial independence and prepare for long-term success.
A Mission Rooted in Experience
Whole Step Rehabilitation was founded by Javan Tooley, who experienced firsthand the challenges of finding stable housing after returning to his community. Despite having more resources than many others in his position, Javan still struggled to secure a safe place to live. Recognizing that countless Returning Citizens face even greater barriers, he created Whole Step Rehabilitation to ensure that no one must restart their life without a stable foundation.
Today, Whole Step Rehabilitation operates two properties in Boston and Brockton, MA. While the Boston property is fully operational, the Brockton property requires extensive renovations to create apartments specifically designed to support Returning Citizens as they rebuild their lives.
